The vineyard of Clairette-de-Die represents 1,500 hectares of vines characterized by a grape variety made of Clairette and Muscat with small grains. The latter is located not far from the city of Valencia and is characterized by a Mediterranean climate. The soils are clay-limestone and can conserve water during drought seasons. This territory enjoys a certain reputation because the winemakers use a rather original winemaking method which is the ancestral diocese method. The latter also sometimes use the Champagne method.
