The Costières-de-Nîmes is located north of the Camargue and is the link between the vineyards of the Rhone and Languedoc. It covers 10,000 hectares of vineyards rocked by a sunny climate and Mediterranean. Soils are stony and allow to keep the heat brought by the sun. Thus, the grape varieties that are most exploited are Grenache Noir, Syrah but also Mourvèdre. The wines are then white and fruity but also red and spicy.
