It is to the north-east of the city of Toulouse that is located the vineyard of Gaillac, created at the time of the Gauls. The latter produces red, rosé and white wines. White wines can be sweet as beaded or sparkling. The most present grape varieties are Mauzac, Muscadelle but also Sauvignon. All these grapes give delicious wines mostly classified AOC.
