Jurançon is an AOC present on 1,000 hectares of vineyards on a vineyard located southwest of the city of Pau. This appellation only designates white wines that can then be dry or soft. The vines are planted on hung hillsides enjoying an oceanic climate which favors the cultivation of Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and also Courbu grape varieties. The mellow wines that are produced there are rather flavored with peach flavors and white flowers.
