The white wines of Monbazillac are recognized and exist since the 17th century. The grape varieties are very similar to those in the Bordeaux region. The noble rot is strongly developed in this vineyard to improve the bunches of grapes and thus their juice. The wines have very particular aromas. The latter also have an AOC and AOP.
