VIP Tour: Champagnisation processes, visit of the vineyard, tasting

After 1 year of screening test, we build this specific Tour in order to suggest more than a classic cellar visit.
Thus, this experience contains 3 Parts:
1. Vineyard Walk, History of The Champagne Area and The Champagne as the king of wine.
2. Champagne manufacturing Secrets & industrial processes (90 000 liters wine Vats, 8000 kg Presses ...)
3. Oeno-Training: Aromas of the 3 types of champagne grapes with 2 tastings

Part of our grapes are sold to Moët & Chandon, Bollinger and Taittinger.
Three of our five Cuvées won a Gold Medal to 2 International Wine Contests: Féminalise Paris and Gilbert Gaillard
